Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to YourPhotoStock. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or downloading assets, you accept these terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

YourPhotoStock offers royalty-free licenses for photos and videos using prepaid credits (no mandatory subscription).

2. CREDIT SYSTEM AND PAYMENTS

2.1. Virtual Currency

The platform operates exclusively with "Credits". Credits have no monetary value outside our platform and are not redeemable for cash.

2.2. Current Packs (Checkout)

  • Starter: 15 credits · $19 USD
  • Creator: 50 credits · $49 USD
  • Agency: 150 credits · $149 USD

Available packs and pricing are shown in checkout and may be updated in the future.

2.3. Download Cost

  • 1 photo license = 1 credit
  • 1 video license = 8 credits

2.4. Account and Credit Validity

User accounts do not expire for inactivity. Credits are consumed in FIFO order (first credits issued are first consumed). Each credit entry may include its own expiration date (for example: promo/free/refund credits).

2.5. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Freemius. YourPhotoStock does not store banking or credit card information on its servers.

2.6. Refund Rules

Credit-pack purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 calendar days, only when credits associated with that purchase have not been used. Refund evaluation follows the wallet ledger and FIFO consumption history. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. LICENSE OF USE (ROYALTY-FREE)

By downloading an Asset, YourPhotoStock grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content in the following ways:

3.1. Permitted Uses

  • Digital marketing, social media, websites, and blogs
  • Video productions (YouTube, Netflix, TV, Film)
  • Printed material (magazines, books, brochures) up to 500,000 copies
  • Corporate use and presentations
  • Attribution is not required (although appreciated)

3.2. Prohibited Uses

  • Direct Resale: You cannot sell, license, or distribute the original file "as is" (e.g., printing the photo on a poster and selling the poster as the main product, or selling the file on another stock site)
  • Use in Trademarks: You cannot use Assets as part of a logo or registered trademark
  • Sensitive Content: You cannot use Assets in pornographic, defamatory, illegal, or hate-promoting contexts

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. Ownership

All Assets available on YourPhotoStock are owned by us or our contributors and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing credits and downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership, only grants a license of use.

4.2. AI Content

The platform offers images and videos created, generated, enhanced, or upscaled using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. While we review all Assets before publication, some files may still contain minor flaws, slight deformations, or visual inconsistencies. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or downloading Assets, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. YourPhotoStock is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Assets are provided "as is". YourPhotoStock does not guarantee that the content will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the credit pack in question.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes to the credit exchange value (e.g., if a video starts costing 12 credits) will be notified in advance but will not affect already downloaded Assets.
