Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when credit-pack purchases can be refunded and how credit usage is evaluated on YourPhotoStock.
1. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
You can request a refund for an eligible credit-pack purchase within 7 calendar days from the payment confirmation date.
2. CORE ELIGIBILITY RULE
A purchase is refundable only if none of the credits associated with that purchase have been consumed.
3. CREDIT CONSUMPTION TRACKING
YourPhotoStock tracks credit consumption against purchase history. When assets are redeemed with credits, each debit is linked to purchase records so we can verify whether credits from a specific purchase were used.
4. FIFO WALLET LOGIC
Credits are consumed in FIFO order (first credits issued are first consumed). Refund analysis follows this ledger history to determine whether refundable credits remain untouched for that specific purchase.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
- Any credit from the purchase has already been used in an asset redemption
- The 7-day eligibility window has expired
- Refund is restricted by payment verification, fraud controls, or legal exceptions
6. ASSET-CREDIT REVERSALS
Requests related to specific asset redemptions are reviewed by support and remain subject to download and usage verification.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Open a Support Ticket from your dashboard and include the purchase date and transaction reference. Our team will review eligibility using your credit wallet ledger and purchase history.
